An online survey that promises to give two AirAsia air tickets to fly anywhere as part of the airline’s birthday celebrations is a scam, the Malaysian low-cost carrier has clarified.
A Facebook user, Vin Cent, had asked the airline on Tuesday (Jul 27) whether the “promotion” was conducted by the airline, after which AirAsia said “the survey is not conducted by us or any of our affiliates”. It added that this was a scam which used the AirAsia brand without authorisation.
“We advise the public to disregard such invitations and AirAsia shall not be held liable for any claims pertaining to the false scheme,” it said on Facebook.
