Another bomb weighing 250 kg was found at the third terminal of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a press release on Saturday.
According to ISPR, another 250 kg General Purpose (GP) bomb was found at around 10.50 am on Saturday during the ongoing piling at the construction site of the third terminal of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
Members of the Bomb Disposal Unit of Bangladesh Air Force Base Bangabandhu arrived at the spot with modern equipment and defused the bomb.
The bomb was later taken to a safe place with the necessary precautions to destroy it.
