Customs detectives seized 22 gold bars on a Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight at Dhaka’s Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Monday. Customs intelligence sources confirmed the information.
Customs officials said the director general of customs intelligence received information about the gold smuggling. The matter was reported to the customs detectives on duty at the airport.
