The pilot of that Bangladesh Biman had a heart attack on the flight

Passengers of a Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight were saved from a major accident.
The flight from Muscat, the capital of Oman, to Dhaka made an emergency landing in Nagpur, India at 11.40 am on Friday.

According to the Hindustan Times, the pilot of the flight from Muscat fell ill near Raipur around 11am.
He had a heart attack.
The assistant pilot immediately contacted the Kolkata ATC, realizing the seriousness of the situation.

After that at 11:40 am the Kolkata Air Traffic Control was contacted from that plane.

The plane was later landed at Nagpur Airport on an emergency basis.

According to the report, necessary treatment has been arranged for the pilot in Nagpur.
For now, his condition is stable.

It was not immediately clear how many passengers were on the flight, but all were safe and sound.
