Mr. Dilip Madhok joins The Westin Dhaka family as the new General Manager to lead the accomplished 5 star property.
Mr. Madhok is a veteran Starwood Hotels & Resorts professional and has served Starwood for over 15 years with his hands on leadership style, immense experience and detailed market knowledge serving criticalhospitality markets such as Australia, India and China.
He was the General Manager of Sheraton Dalian Xing Hai Hotel before joining The Westin Dhaka. He wasalso the General Manager of Sheraton Yantai Golden Beach Resort in China andduring his termSheraton Yantai was awarded as the hotel of the year 2013 from 40 other Starwood hotels in North China, for exceeding all key performance indices. He also successfully led the Sheraton Changzhou Wujin Hotel team to launch the property and was acknowledged as one of top 10 general managers in China by the China Hotel Association.A man of many accolades, Dilip joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts back in 2000 and has served 7 Starwood properties as a successful professional, leader and mentor.
