The flight landed in Sylhet with more than 200 passengers from London

On Wednesday (December 23), 205 passengers boarded Bangladesh Biman’s BG 202 flight from London’s Heathrow Airport to Bangladesh.
The flight landed at Sylhet Osmani International Airport at 9:10 am on Thursday (December 24) and will land at Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 12 noon with the rest of the passengers after a 1-hour break in Sylhet.

Meanwhile, Health Minister Zahid Malek told reporters on Wednesday that if a passenger from the UK arrives in Bangladesh without a Corona Negative Certificate, he will have to stay in the mandatory quarantine for seven days.

The minister said a separate line would be set up at the airport for all passengers coming from the UK. Those who do not have a Covid Negative Certificate will be tested there. From there they will be sent to the compulsory quarantine at the Hajj Camp in Ashkona, Dhaka.
But the government is not stopping flights to the UK right now.
