Bangladeshis need ‘Exceptional Entry Permit’ to go to Qatar

After a long hiatus due to coronavirus, Biman Bangladesh Airlines’ Doha-Dhaka-Doha route will resume from Thursday (September 16).

Due to the restrictions imposed by the Qatari government, the aviation authorities have requested to book tickets and go to the airport after confirming certain things before going to Qatar.
Each passenger must have an ‘Exceptional Entry Permit’.

The information was announced on their website on Wednesday (September 16).

The domestic worker, who has access to Qatar, told the company-sponsored workers that every passenger traveling to Qatar must have an “exceptional entry permit”.
In addition, all Qatari passengers must stay in a 14-day quarantine at any one hotel.
So passengers have to go through hotel booking from Bangladesh at least 7 days in advance.
Before leaving for Qatar, everyone has to fill up a ‘Health Assessment Form’ from Dhaka.
It has to be printed from the prescribed link, filled in by hand and taken to the airport.

You have to check 48 hours before the journey and keep the ‘Corona Negative’ certificate with you.
Upon arrival in Qatar, passengers will have to undergo coronavirus testing again at their own expense.
The Qatari government has instructed all passengers to download the ‘EHTERAZ’ app on their smartphones. This app provides updates on the latest Corona situation in Qatar.

The plane also asked Qatari passengers to arrive at the airport six hours before the scheduled time of the flight.
