Again A bomb weighing 250 kg was recovered at Shahjalal Airport
Another bomb weighing 250 kg was recovered while digging at the third terminal under construction at Shahjalal International Airport.
The bomb was recovered Monday morning.
Airport Director Mohammad Mokabbir Hossain said another bomb weighing 250 kg was recovered while digging at the 3rd terminal under construction at Shahjalal Airport. The bomb is being sent to the Russell Pur Fire Range in Tingail to defuse.
Earlier, another bomb was recovered while digging on Wednesday afternoon.
The bomb was defused and sent to Mymensingh Air Force’s Muktagachha base by the Air Force’s Bomb Disposal Unit.
It is learned that the bomb-like object was sent there to be sorted out.
