The Qatari plane is going through the airspace of Saudi Arabia again
On the eve of the 41st GCC summit in Saudi Arabia, it was decided to reopen the border with Qatar.
Qatar Airways has resumed flights using Saudi Arabian airspace since Thursday afternoon.
Qatar Airways said in a tweet.
According to a report in the Khaleej Times, Qatar Airways has resumed operations using some of Saudi Arabia’s airspace.
The first flight left Doha for Johannesburg at 8:45 a.m. on 7 January.
Saudi Arabia has announced that it will lift the embargo imposed on Qatar in mid-2017.
The decision came after the agreement was signed at the GCC conference on Tuesday.
