The United States destroyed 73 planes before leaving the airport
The United States did not want to repeat the “mistake.”
So before leaving Afghanistan, they deactivated their helicopters and planes at Kabul airport.
Central Command Head General Kenneth McKenzie said 73 of their military helicopters and planes had been rendered useless at Hamid Karzai International Airport.
“Those planes and helicopters are no longer in good condition,” he said.
