Passenger arrested at Shahjalal Airport with illegal VoIP calling cards

Members of Aviation Security (AVSEC) have detained a passenger with 3,000 illegal VoIP calling cards at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.

A passenger named Hasan Ali was arrested at midnight on Tuesday.
Group Captain Touhid-ul Ahsan, executive director of the airport, confirmed the information.
e said the passengers were preparing to go to Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates with the cards. At that time the boarding of Air Arabia flight was going on.
At midnight, the passenger was searched at the airport’s boarding bridge-6 and 3,000 VoIP calling cards were found.
