US-Bangla Airlines signs deal with City Bank
US-Bangla Airlines Ltd and The City Bank Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on March 14.
Md Shafiqul Islam, Head of Marketing and Sales, US-Bangla Airlines and Mashrur Arefin, Additional Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, The City Bank Limited signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations.
Under the MoU, US-Bangla Airlines shall provide 10 per cent discount on base fare to any domestic destination (Dhaka, Chittagong, Cox’s Bazar, Sylhet, Jessore, Rajshahi, Saidpur and Barisal) upon ticket purchase, `Buy 1 Get 1 Free’ and FlexiBuy facility@ 0 per cent interest rate by City Bank AmEx Card members exclusively.
US-Bangla Airlines is only the premium airline of the country which is operating schedule flights to eight destinations within Bangladesh. On this occasion Majharul Islam, SVP and Head of Cards, The City Bank, Md. Kamrul Islam, DGM-Marketing Support and PR of US-Bangla Airlines and other high officials from both organisations were present at the signing ceremony held at The City Bank Limited Head Office.
