Rescuers have given up hope of surviving passengers of a plane that crashed at sea in Indonesia. Various parts of the human body were also found along with the wreckage on Sunday.
Rescuers say the chances of anyone surviving the crash are slim.
The Indonesian transport ministry said it had received signals from the crashed plane.
Wahiuddin Arif, an Indonesian naval officer, told the media that they had found part of a three-foot-long tire in the Java Sea.
The idea is – it’s a crashed plane.
In addition, parts of the human body have been found.
A rescue diver said they were trying to find signals from two blackboxes with an underwater metal detector and a cage detector.
